How it works, step by step

  1. Km 0 · Step 1 · Plan

Tell it where from and where to

A to B, out and back, or a loop for the hours you have. And how tough you want it: you choose the difficulty and how much dirt.

The Corally planner: start, finish, bike profile and maximum difficulty.
  2. Km 5.2 · Step 1 · or check

    Someone sent you a GPX?

Upload it and see which sections will be tough for your bike and your skills, and why. If you don't like one, skip it, detour around it or draw your own.

The Corally checker with a GPX: problem sections marked, with their alternatives.
  3. Km 10.4 · Step 2 · Choose

    Corally finds the dirt

Up to three options, ranked by what you asked for, with distance, riding time and how much of it is dirt. Each section's colour is its difficulty: tap it and Corally tells you why.

A planned route: sections coloured by difficulty and the summary with distance, time and dirt.
  4. Km 15.6 · Step 2 · Adjust

    Fewer surprise fords

Fords, steep climbs, broken sections and tracks closed to motorbikes that show up on the map, each one at its kilometre. Don't like a section? Avoid it and Corally suggests another way.

The Corally roadbook: section by section, with terrain, difficulty and hazards.
  5. Km 20.9 · Step 2 · Group

If someone has to leave early

Corally marks the points on the route where you can reach a road, with the way out and the time to tarmac. The group keeps its route and whoever leaves knows where to go. Know someone will leave after two hours? It tells you where.

The road exits of a route: each one with its kilometre, its way out and the time to the road.
  6. Km 26.1 · Step 3 · Send

From the screen to the handlebars

Send the route to your phone or tablet, or download the GPX for any app. With the hard sections and hazards marked. You need an account to send it.

The "Send route" dialog: to the Corally app, to OsmAnd or download the GPX, with the option to include the road exits.
  7. Km 31.3 · Step 4 · Ride

Corally guides you on the dirt

With the app, every turn tells you what kind of dirt track comes next and how tough it is. It warns you by voice about the fords and hard sections that show up on the map and, if you don't like one, you can skip it without stopping the bike.

How tough do you want it?

Pick a profile and Corally starts from its maximum difficulty; then you fine-tune it. Raise it for more challenge and more dirt, lower it to take it easy: the route is built around you.
