Terms of use
Last updated: October 8, 2026
The conditions for using Corally (corallyapp.com). By creating an account you accept them, together with the safety and use notice.
Who provides the service
Corally is a service by Miguel Ángel Llorente Carmona (tax ID [pending: tax ID (NIF)], [pending: address]). You can write to [pending: contact email]. More details in the legal notice.
What Corally is
A web tool and mobile app to plan and check adventure bike routes based on the estimated difficulty of the terrain and send them to navigation apps such as OsmAnd or DMD2. Routes are a guide: read the safety and use notice.
Private beta and price
Corally is in private beta: access is by invitation, it may have bugs, change or be unavailable for a while, and features may come and go.
Today it is free. Corally is a commercial project and there may be paid features or plans in the future. If so, they will be announced in advance with their price and conditions, and nothing will ever be charged without your express agreement.
Without an account you can try it with a daily and 7-day allowance of routes and checks; accounts also have allowances, per person and shared between the website and the app. Exporting, sending to your phone and saving routes require an account.
Your account
To create an account you need an invitation and must be at least 14 years old. Give truthful details, keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
You can stop using Corally whenever you like and delete your account from “My account” on the website or in the app, or ask us to delete it by writing to [pending: contact email].
Acceptable use
Do not use Corally for anything illegal or to plan routes where riding is not allowed.
- Do not try to get around the allowances, security or access control.
- Do not download data in bulk or by automated means, and do not resell the service or its results.
- Do not upload files with other people's content without permission or with other people's personal data.
What you upload
The GPX files and routes you upload or create remain yours. You allow us to store and process them as needed to provide the service (checking, displaying and exporting them and, if you share a link, showing them to whoever opens it).
Open data and licences
Routes are computed with OpenStreetMap data, published under the Open Database License (ODbL). An exported route contains data derived from OpenStreetMap: if you share or publish it, keep the “© OpenStreetMap contributors” attribution. The other sources and their licences are listed under “Data credits”.
No warranty and liability
Corally is provided as is, with reasonable care but without guaranteeing that routes, difficulty ratings or warnings are accurate, complete or safe, or that the service is always available.
To the extent permitted by law, Miguel Ángel Llorente Carmona is not liable for damage resulting from following a route, from riding or from decisions made with information from Corally. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights the law gives consumers.
Intellectual property
The Corally name and logo, the website design and the software belong to Miguel Ángel Llorente Carmona, except open-source components and third-party data, which keep their own licences.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If we change the terms in a significant way, we will announce it on the website before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
